Texcan is committed to its employees and its employees are committed to Texcan. Many of our employees have been with the company for years, advancing into more senior roles through on-the-job training and company support.

We currently have over 200 employees and have managed to keep the integrated family feel that defined our company when we first started in 1978. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and we organize various activities and social events for our staff.
