Environmental Standards
Texcan strives to be environmentally conscious, and has a recycling and waste management program in place. Reels are refundable and re-used, and product shipment packaging is also recycled. We do our part to keep paper, glass, aluminum, Styrofoam and other packaging products out of the landfill. Hazardous materials are also minimized and disposed of in a responsible manner.
We are also involved with BlueWay, a sustainable development program created by Sonepar to integrate environmentally friendly practices into our business. For example, we make conscious efforts to choose energy saving light bulbs and improve our recycling program, to reduce our environmental footprint. |
