As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we wish to reassure our customers on the measures taken for the health and safety for everyone. Our goal is very clear, we aim to mitigate the risks for both our customers and associates while continuing to provide the highest level of customer service.

Safety Measures

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, and our safety measures (as recommended by Public Health Agency of Canada) include:

  • Internal communication on hygiene, social distancing, and other protection measures
  • Increased cleaning intervals on both work and commonly used surfaces
  • Restriction and significant limitation of visits at our offices and our Distribution Center (CDC)
  • Restriction of business travel with all meetings to be held either by videoconference or telephone 

Conducting Business

Our locations across Western Canada are open to help you fulfill your projects’ wire and cable requirements. We are in regular communications with our vendors and our supply chain remains stable. Your wire and cable orders will continue to be delivered to your job sites through our freight and logistics partners.

Management has set up a dedicated committee that meets daily to assess the ongoing level of risk associated with COVID-19. We wish to limit potential disruptions, while maintaining our health and safety protocols, in order to meet your wire and cable needs.
