SESCO SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

2. Returns

All order cancellation or goods being returned must be approved by Sesco. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All returns are subject to inspection and restocking. Returns must be sent prepaid. All goods returned without prior written approval and a Sesco issued RMA # remain at the customer's risk.

Custom, Wire Cuts or Special orders are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed on these items.

All returnable reels are to be returned prepaid. Credit in full will be allowed on returnable reels provided they are received in good condition. Credit for reels received in damaged but repairable condition will be subject to a deduction to cover the cost of repairs. Credit will only be given for returnable reels purchased from Sesco within the prior twelve (12) month period.

Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of confirmation of delivery. Exchange/return requests for damaged product outside of this period will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may not be approved.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of goods. Any return requests outside of this time frame will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may not be approved.

When returning the product, carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip. The RMA # must be in the return address and must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box (not the item packaging) or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. All refunds will be credited to the payment method used in the original purchase.

Sesco will not refund any shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or we have determined that a product is defective. Sesco is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post, courier or LTL.

3. Defective items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged - not due to shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at shop@sesco.ca. Defective items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufactures approved policy
